Refund Policy

At Sleekgeek we believe in “happy money” where we want a win-win deal to be made every time.

The proceeds of what we sell in the Sleekgeek online store go towards fuelling our health revolution and our mission of transforming the lives of 1 million people.

If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, please do consider getting a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES:

We know that choosing the right size while shopping online can be difficult, so if you would like to exchange your purchase then please contact help@sleekgeek.co.za and we will give you full instructions on how to complete the exchange.

- You cover the courier costs to return your purchase.

- We cover the courier costs to send you your exchanged item.

- Alternatively, face-to-face exchanges can be made at our office in Table View, Cape Town.

- Exchanges must happen within 30 days of purchase.

- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with original packaging.

- Gift cards and downloadable products or e-books cannot be exchanged.

- You must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:
